The 501c3 entity (producer, presenter, fiscal sponsor) must initiate the registration process. Note: fiscally sponsored artists will not have access to the application until the fiscal sponsor registers on their behalf.
For producers and presenters submitting a letter of inquiry, please provide:
- Contact*
- Contact information for the individual responsible for the grant application process.
- Organization*
- A brief statement from the producer / presenter about their anticipated relationship to the proposed project.
- Year organization became a non-profit
- Figures from the last two completed fiscal years
- Budget notes
- Project**
- Project title
- Project discipline
- Project description (800 words)
- Alignment with MAP goals (250 words)
- Anticipated premiere month and year
- Artists**
- Artist(s) contact information
- Artist(s) bio (300 words)
